This policy explains what information Accelerated Rep Coaching ("ARC," "I," or "me") collects when you visit acceleratedrepcoaching.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. ARC is run by Andrew Hahn in Encinitas, California.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you book a call, email me, or reach out on LinkedIn, I receive what you share, like your name, work email, company, and anything you write in a message or booking form.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard technical data is collected, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. This is done with cookies and similar technologies.
Visitor identification and enrichment. I use third-party tools that may match your visit, or your engagement with my LinkedIn content, to a business identity. That can include your name, job title, company, work email, and professional profile, drawn from those providers' own data sources. I use this to understand which companies and roles are interested in ARC.
I don't collect sensitive information like payment details, government IDs, or health information through this site.
How I use it
- To respond to you and schedule calls
- To follow up with people and companies who may be a fit for coaching
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To keep the site secure and working
Who I share it with
I share information only with the service providers that help me run ARC, such as website hosting, calendar scheduling, email, and visitor identification and data enrichment tools. They process it on my behalf and under their own privacy terms.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. If you ask me to delete your information, I will.
Your choices
- Opt out. Email me at andrew@acceleratedrepcoaching.com and I'll stop using your information for outreach and delete what I hold, where I can.
- Access or correct. Ask me what I have about you, and I'll tell you or fix it.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Do Not Track. Browsers send "Do Not Track" signals in different ways, and there's no common standard yet, so the site doesn't currently respond to them.
California residents can also request the categories of personal information I've collected about them and how it's used. Email me and I'll respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is for business professionals. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
