Accelerated Rep Coaching

Results

Revenue moved. Deals got bigger. Cycles got shorter.

The companies stay private. The outcomes do not. These are the operating results I produced as the executive accountable for the number.

Operating roles

Four companies. $21.6M in documented ARR expansion.

Different markets and starting points. The repeated pattern was stronger rep performance, more valuable deals, and a more efficient path to revenue.

Built the commercial foundation

What these numbers are, and what they aren't.

Company identities are intentionally separated from financial results. Figures are directional, drawn from operating and pipeline data rather than later forensic audits. I also owned the hard levers: people, process, compensation, positioning, and sales stages. Coaching was central to the outcome, not the only input.

Raghu Gollamudi, Founder & CEO, Included

Shaun McAlmont, CEO of NINJIO, will take a reference call. He offered in writing.

Let's talk about what this could look like for your team.

Bring your win rate and attainment by rep and it'll be a better conversation.
